Why a Tax Organizer ?

A Tax Organizer is a great way to help you pull together information needed to prepare your taxes.  It facilitates a quick workflow for your preparer and saves you time and money. For existing clients, the first link forwards you to your 2003 tax organizer. If you don't know your Client ID, please call our office. Your password is the Social Security Number of the primary taxpayer, without dashes or spaces.

For New Clients, please use the blank organizer link.  You will have to print it out and manually complete it.  Please forward or  bring the completed form to us with your source documents.  By doing this you greatly expedite the tax process.

Portals - What are they? They are fast, safe and secure ways to access your information 24/7.  They are provided free to our valuable clients.  Please check out the demo on the side-bar. Click here for hints for logging in.

LOGIN TO YOUR SECURE PORTAL Click this link - use this to enter your personal or business portal to view or print prior year tax returns, enter information in your electronic tax organizer, upload tax documents to us or view documents in your file (including financial statements for business clients).

What to bring to the appointment: Original source documents such as W-2's, 1099's for interest, dividends, and miscellaneous income.  Bring any statements from investment accounts showing gains or losses on sales of investments.  Copies of the settlement statement from any purchase or sale of real estate.  Any form K-1's from partnerships, limited liability companies or S-Corporations.  Any backup for itemized deductions like mortgage interest, charitable contributions or other items.  Please bring your last three filed tax returns, or as many as you can put your hands on.  We use them to gain familiarity with your tax situation and very often we find deductions you might have missed or handled incorrectly.  As a general rule, when in doubt as to what to bring.....bring it!
