Stephanie L Cooker, CPA
Stephanie joined Carmines Robbins & Company, PLC in 2004. She
graduated from Virginia Tech in 1989 with a Bachelor’s of
Science Degree in accounting. She started working in the field of
Public Accounting in 1989 and has been a CPA since 1990.
Stephanie is primarily responsible for Estate and Trust tax return
planning and preparation and additionally assists in research
projects involving complex areas of tax law. She is currently
listed as a Super CPA by Virginia Business Magazine in the area of

Angela G. Clisso, CPA
Angie joined Carmines Robbins & Company, PLC in 2009. She
graduated from the University of Virginia in 2001 with a Bachelor
of Arts in Economics with a minor in Accounting. She has working in
public accounting since 2002. She is a member of the Accountants
Society of Virginia, the Virginia Society of Certified Public
Accountants, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Her primary focus is in Corporate, Partnership and Business returns
for industries ranging from Collection Agencies to Physical Therapy

Cynthia Y. Norris, CPA
Cynthia joined Carmines Robbins & Company, PLC in 1997. She
graduated cum laude from Emory and Henry College with a Bachelor’s
Degree in accounting. She has been working in the public accounting field
since 1986, specializing in physicians, contractors
and real estate professionals. She also specializes in tax matters
and other accounting services for medical and other professional

Liz joined Carmines Robbins & Company, PLC in 2009. She
graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelors of
Science in Accounting in 2007. She is currently pursuing a
Masters Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from
University of Maryland. She has been working in the practice
of Public Accounting since 2008. Additionally, she has over
two years of experience as a Benefits Administration and Payroll
department at Credit Union in Florida. She brings her diverse
experience as well as her current studies in accounting to us and
deals primarily with closely held small businesses in the area of

Amy joined Carmines Robbins & Company, PLC in 2007. She
graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor’s
Degree in accounting in 1992. She has has been working in the public accounting field
since 1994 and serves a wide variety of clients including
physicians, contractors
and real estate professionals. She also practices in the area of
trusts and estates and has been very active in corporate and

Marcus has been a member of the Financial Services staff of
Carmines, Robbins & Company, PLC since 2007. He is
directly involved in all areas of our financial services practice
including preparing proposals, managing client relationships, trades
and other areas of the financial services field. He received
his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Northwestern
University in Illinois in 1998 and received his Law degree from the
Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in
2005. He brings a vast amount of insight and experience to our
practice.

Gloria F. Hobbs
Gloria has been a member of the staff of Carmines, Robbins and Company,
PLC since 1997. She provides customer service, administration support,
payroll processing, maintains client data and handles accounts payable.
She has business school training in accounting and payroll processing.
Her previous experience includes 4 years bookkeeping in the hospitality
industry, bookkeeping for a private client, 3 years in the public
accounting field and 12 years in the construction industry, including
accounts receivable, timekeeping, payroll and inventory. E-mail

Diane joined Carmines, Robbins & Company, PLC in 2000 and has
held a variety of positions with our firm. Currently she is in
charge of our Payroll Processing operations. She received her
Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from James Madison University in
1982. She has been working in the area of accounting and
payroll since 1982 and brings valued insight into our payroll

Tonya has been our director of first impressions since 2003.
She is responsible for handling the front desk and reception
duties. This means that she basically does everything!

She was an original staff member when we founded Carmines, Robbins
& Company, PLC in 1994. She is in charge of our accounts
receivable department as well as assisting on a myriad of
administrative and business special projects. She has experience in
payroll processing as well as tax return processing. She has
been performing services in the field of Public Accounting since
1987. She received a degree in Early Childhood Education from Thomas

Terry Heffington
Terry joined Carmines, Robbins & Company, PLC in 2003 after
spending 18 years working in the radiological control department at
Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News. Terry received his
Bachelors of Science in Biology and Environmental Science from
Christopher Newport University in 1977. He is in charge of our
document management department and has single handedly scanned and
stored more documents in a paperless environment than he cares to
